The launch of Juice Live Communications

Fancy a fresh Juice? The rebranding:

Juice Event Production becomes Juice Live Communications

Juice Live Communications Ltd supersedes Juice Event Production Ltd as the company
repositions to better reflect its proposition and the wider range of services it offers.
In the words of Founder and Managing Director, Paul Farris:
We are proud to work with some of the most demanding clients in the world. Beyond our heritage reputation of delivering awesome event experiences, our aim is to produce measurable outcomes for our clients at all times.
More and more, we are seeing the pressure that our clients are under to produce return on investment from face to face communication. As such, we have deliberately developed our team over the past few years to become relationship engagement experts. We are working with many of our clients to help them develop their overall communications strategies and execution.
Our approach is simple but effective and is very much geared towards using a robust planning process to enable desired outcomes to be explicit when considering the result of any form of communications intervention.
Although Juice works across the spectrum of communication services: online, print, video… , it’s
heartland is still very much in the field of live events where the company continues to build its
reputation over many years under its former name, Juice Event Production.

The company’s mission is to provide “Extra Zest Guaranteed”.

Juice Live Communications is part of the Juice Communications Group, together with it’s specialist
entertainment, theming and team building subsidiary, Paul Farris Entertainment Ltd.

ISES Talks: Catching Olympic Opportunities

It's been a while, but I am back! Christmas and the New Year were very hectic for us here at Zest HQ, hence the lack of blogging...but things have calmed down ever so slightly and I finally have the opportunity to update you on an exciting event we were at last week!

We were lucky enough to be able to have a couple of areas at the ISES Talks event at Forman's Fish Island last Tuesday evening. So for the beginning of January I have been busy helping to source all of the props, outfits and exciting attractions for the night...

We had 2 areas: Vintage Olympia/Best of British and Modern Olympics set up to show in office theming that we could cater for as well as giant flag cushions and karate demonstrators!

Everyone really loved our ideas for theming and other team building activities so it was really nice to get lovely feedback for all our hard work.

Our main attractions (aside from all the props and photos!) were our lovely vintage tennis ladies, Milly and Ruth:
And our Sensei who was teaching the guests how to karate chop wood in half!

All in all, the night was a great success; loads of fun was had by all and hopefully everyone gets excited by our ideas!

ACE Africa

As I said in my last post, we recently helped out with an 'It's not a question of sport' event for the ACE Africa annual fundraiser. Our MD, Paul Farris, went along to help compère the evening complete with blonde wig a la Sue Barker!
He was joined by Darren Gough, Andrew Castle, Andy Townsend, Jeremy Bates, Sam Ricketts and Steph Cook on the panels. The whole ACE team were impressed by the professionalism of the event management,
"We are extremely grateful that you were able to help us out at such short notice and ensure that this part of our evening ran so professionally and was so entertaining."
Another successful event!

It's not just a Question of Sport...

We are having a very sport-themed week here in the Juice office, with two different 'It's not just a Question of Sport' game shows to run!

Tonight we are helping out with the entertainment for the Ace Africa annual fundraising dinner, a brilliant cause and sure to be a wonderful evening. There are some special guests attending to help us out with the show and we've been busy planning their entrance music as well as themed rounds.

Then tomorrow we have another sporty game show at the Natural History Museum for Sportsworld!

I had a lot of fun the other day coming up with questions for the different rounds - trying to find random sporting facts using our Twitter followers - and I hope that they go down well tonight.

If anyone is going along to either event, have fun and WIN!

Wonderful feedback!

We just had some lovely feedback from AkzoNobel for our work on their recent Roma conference (I'm sure by now you've seen all my other posts about it!).
"Well done for all your efforts and support in helping us make the second Global Marketing Conference in Rome such a great success.
Your creativity and logistical skills during the planning period proved invaluable in helping to create a truly varied agenda that incorporated all of our event objectives.  The main conference looked really impressive with the excellent presentation of our new brand identity and the enormous wide-screen set which gave a great visual impact. All the breakouts areas also looked stylish, coordinated and colourful and were very well organized, enabling us to manage the large number of delegates from around the world.
The offsite activities were of an extremely high quality as usual and provided an exciting variety of informal city tours, fun and relaxing team building, friendly dining and stunning scenery.
Your team was very professional and positive throughout."
It's so nice to get good feedback from an event that we have put so much effort into as a company and really makes us happy to see our clients satisfied. Smiles all round!

Thank you, once again, to everyone involved on both the Juice and the AkzoNobel teams.

LondonLaunch:Live 2011

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

It's all very exciting in the office this week as we prepare for our stand at LondonLaunch:Live 2011! It's going to be a fantastic event at the Saatchi Gallery on Wednesday and Thursday of this week (19th/20th October).
It's always really exciting to be involved in such a technologically advanced show like this:
"There are no stands, but dynamic 'digital canvases™'. There are no show guides or zapper pens, but our new smart phone 'Who's in the room' app and each gallery represents a geographical location in London, a bit like stepping into our website."
This year there is obviously a lot of excitement surrounding the 2012 Olympics so there is also a "Games Room" where you can gain inspiration for hospitality opportunities and ideas. There will also be an area dedicated to 3D and how to use it affordably and effectively in the events industry.
